South Bend Community Hebrew School

The South Bend Community Hebrew School began in 1962 as a partnership between the local congregations and the Jewish Federation. The Temple helps host the school.

The school offers instruction in Hebrew language, prayer study and Jewish customs for children aged 9 to 13 years in preparation for their B'nai Mitzvah. Classes are held twice a week after regular school hours. Advanced Hebrew classes are also available.
