Sisterhood
Sisterhood's innovative programs and projects benefit Temple Beth-El women and their families. Sisterhood operates the Judaica Shop at Temple Beth-El, provides B'nai mitzvah catering and organizes many other fundraisers for Sisterhood projects. The funds generated by Sisterhood projects pay for all Religious School teacher and madrichim salaries, the Braille and Hearing Aid Programs, "We Care" holiday packages for college students and the elderly, supplies for the Mitzvah Mavens who offer meals to those in need, Shabbat candlesticks for all B'not Mitzvah, and numerous other projects. Sisterhood provides social activities through Beit Cafe and holiday celebrations throughout the year.
Sisterhood also provides a way for Jewish women to connect globally with over 100,000 members of Women of Reform Judaism.
